Chemnitz, June 16th, 2025 – On April 30th, 2025, Mr. Tilo Rothkirch resigned from the management and as a shareholder of GEMAC Chemnitz GmbH. This decision was made by mutual agreement and marks a realignment in the company's management. Mr. Rothkirch had been part of the management team since 2018. GEMAC Chemnitz GmbH would like to thank him for his commitment and cooperation.
With the departure of Mr. Rothkirch, Mr. Robert Hermann takes over the sole management of the company with immediate effect. As the main shareholder and a long-standing member of the company management, he stands for continuity and a clear strategic direction.
In future, GEMAC Chemnitz GmbH will focus more on internationalization and strategic brand development. The aim is not only to further strengthen the company regionally, but also to reposition it internationally. The focus is on building a modern, sustainable brand identity and opening up new markets in Europe and worldwide.
