How the warranty claims process works

Submit a warranty claim or request a repair

Please submit your request using our contact form before returning any products or commissioning a repair.

After submitting your request, you will receive an RMA number, which must be clearly indicated on the shipping documents for your return.

You can also download our warranty claim form as a PDF, complete it, and return it. Please provide the product number/PCB number/assembly number, serial number, delivery note or invoice number, the date of purchase (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.

Prepare the product for return

Review by the relevant department
