GEMAC Motus^® BLACK­LINE will have com­pa­ra­ble tech­ni­cal fea­tures and also offers cost-effec­tive vari­ants with the plas­tic hous­ing and dif­fer­ent accu­ra­cy types.

• High pre­ci­sion mea­sure­ment of sta­t­ic (±0.1° to ±0.3°) and dynam­ic (±0.25° bis ±0.5°) accuracy
• Increase of the mea­sur­ing speed by cal­cu­la­tions in the mea­sur­ing unit
• Auto­mat­ic and indi­vid­ual con­fig­u­ra­tion of the attach­ment posi­tion and axes for tilt output
• Flex­i­ble zero point adjust­ment and pre­cise cal­cu­la­tion of all angle formats

The self-devel­oped sen­sor fusion algo­rithm also used in GEMAC Motus^® BLACK­LINE for high-pre­ci­sion ori­en­ta­tion cal­cu­la­tion is now even more robust thanks to fur­ther opti­miza­tions. Sen­sor fusion fil­ters sup­press exter­nal accel­er­a­tions. Indi­vid­ual sen­sor fusion con­fig­u­ra­tions allow fil­ter dynam­ics to be deac­ti­vat­ed (adap­tive damp­ing) and the damp­ing fac­tor to be set man­u­al­ly for even more sta­ble out­put val­ues in very dynam­ic appli­ca­tions or con­tin­u­ous move­ment of a mobile machine.

GEMAC Motus^® BLACK­LINE will be avail­able in three basic types with dif­fer­ent tech­ni­cal specifications:

1. Acqui­si­tion of sta­t­ic and dynam­ic incli­na­tion, accel­er­a­tion and rota­tion rate
2. Acqui­si­tion of sta­t­ic and dynam­ic inclination
3. Acqui­si­tion of sta­t­ic inclination
