GEMAC congratulates its graduates on passing their exams

GEMAC has placed a high priority on training young people for many years. It is a key component of our company’s future and, at the same time, an investment in the professional development of the next generation. Whether in technical or administrative roles, our trainees make an important contribution to the success of the entire team.

Successful exams, proud faces, and a close-knit team: At GEMAC, we celebrate our trainees’ achievements and send a strong message about the importance of training young professionals.

We are delighted that two of our apprentices—one training to be an industrial clerk and the other an industrial electrician for devices and systems – have successfully completed their exams. We are particularly pleased that our industrial electrician is seamlessly transitioning to the second year of his apprenticeship as an electronics technician for devices and systems at GEMAC and will continue his second apprenticeship directly with us. In this way, GEMAC not only provides a high-quality apprenticeship but also offers the opportunity to expand one’s knowledge and advance professionally—all under one roof and with direct support from our experienced team. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to both of them and are proud that they are continuing their professional journey with us.

Our training team embodies the principle of “from practice to practice”: Mario Werner himself completed his apprenticeship at GEMAC; from 2013 to 2015, he participated in a retraining program with GEMAC serving as his internship site; he has been a permanent employee since 2015 and is now a team leader in production. Many of our long-standing employees also completed their training with us—including our production manager Klaus Tröltzsch—and remain an integral part of the team to this day.

These outstanding results demonstrate that our many years of experience in training are paying off. For many years, we have been successfully training professionals in business and technical fields—thereby laying a solid foundation for meeting our need for skilled workers.

GEMAC is once again looking for motivated trainees for 2026, particularly for the position of electronics technician for devices and systems. Our goal is to give young people the opportunity to launch their professional careers with a solid education in an innovative environment.

We place particular emphasis on fostering a corporate culture characterized by openness, team spirit, and mutual support. Modern workspaces, exciting projects, and personalized development ensure that our trainees feel well taken care of from the very beginning and can build on their strengths.

We would like to once again extend our heartfelt congratulations to our two graduates and look forward to continuing to support their growth.

Mario Werner, our instructor since July 2024, emphasizes:

“Training our young talent is a key component of GEMAC’s future. I am delighted to support our trainees on their journey, encourage them, and prepare them as best as possible for their professional futures. Passing their exams is a tremendous achievement—both for the trainees themselves and for our entire team.”
