Our obsolescence management team gives you early notifications of component discontinuations and supports you in selecting suitable alternatives, thus securing your production in the long term. Manufacturing Capabilities – State-of-the-Art Technology for Demanding Applications
SMT assembly using Fuji NXT III: 6 placement modules, up to 83,400 components per hour. Component processing starting at 0201. PCB sizes from 80 x 80 mm to 460 x 450 mm; maximum component height: 25.4 mm; maximum PCB thickness: 4.5 mm. Automatic optical inspection, X-ray inspection, and functional testing in line with customer-defined specifications. ESD-compliant manufacturing for medical technology and sensitive applications.
